From first glance, Eilonwy is your self-evident, unruly little tomboy. Her feathery hair is the colour of fresh snow, highlighted with pale silver in white light, and is cut a little past her thin shoulders. It falls like a wavy cascade with easy movement due to its' fluffiness. Her white hair is unkempt due to lack of care, and is prone to kink out from every angle. More often than not, Eilonwy will pull her tangled hair into a high ponytail. She also has a wispy fringe that curves just above her sharp eyes. Eilonwy’s wide, heavily-lidded eyes are an inviting, keen shade of sunflower yellow. Her skin is porcelain white, and prone to redness and freckling.
Eilonwy stands happily at the slightly smaller height than your average 14 year old. Her meagre, slender build allows for quick dodges but is disadvantageous for strength building. As though her body mirrors her inner personality, the chuunin is rather flat-chested and thin-lipped, much like a boy. Her undersized frame isn't obvious at a first glance, as she is apt to either slump while sitting or confidently puff out her chest while standing, hands sitting at her waist. She does not accessorize with her clothing or wear anything seen as impractical - the girl only wears a switchblade strung on a chain necklace around her neck and a couple weaponry holsters as adornments.
Her facial expressions constantly change, but they always clearly indicate her thoughts. She takes no care about the consequences of angrily glaring at strangers. Her cheeks are punctured in with noticeable dimples, and are often on display with the ample amount of time that she pulls her visage into a grumpy pout. If Eilonwy was ever possessed with the need to 'clean up', she would have a bit of an innocent, childish appearance.
But it's funny, because she hates all of this - her snowy hair and white skin and waifish figure. Eilonwy wants to be seen as a gamine taijitsu-queen with a boyish charm. Her hair is knotted at all times and her clothing is worn disheveled to her comfort. The chuunin doesn't have the appearance of a shinobi from her choice of apparel, as she presents herself as more of a commoner with civilian clothing. Eilonwy's lips are chapped and her fingernails are chipped - all signs of a girl who puts play over vanity. A unique characteristic of Eilonwy is that she likes to draw pictures on her arms with rainbow feltpens.
PERSONAGE
She's a tomboy, can't you tell? There's no adventure in being a polite little lady, and wearing jewelry rubs blisters into her skin. Eilonwy is a thrill-seeker, an aggressive rule-breaker, fearless and risky... definitely coming off as what is expected from a 'traditional' male.
Eilonwy is a not-so-calm individual, being snippy and resolute. The gamine chuunin is normally quite coarse and vulgar, and the very root of beginning quarrels. Her tongue is a little prickly, often throwing in swears as an exaggeration during long strings of talking. She is reckless during the smallest of missions too, as she sees being reckless as brave. She finishes projects hastily and they often not what her talents can offer best. Play is put much before work, Eilonwy is often procrastinating and unprepared. Orders often fly right over her head (she's prone to confusion) and there are very few authoritative figures that she will listen to. She is hardly ever reliable, and will sulk for hours after being scolded of this.
While not dimly witted, she is often unobservant and easily distracted. She focuses on things important or interesting only to her. Unfortunately, the chuunin simply sits at the level of average intelligence.
The chuunin genuinely cares for the well being of her equals (as a whole), but is careless on the feelings of others while talking or making decisions. Eilonwy is an outgoing individual who craves being the center of attention, and making others have a good time around her. She despises being alone, and is prone to getting separation anxiety while away from people. Instead of careful planning, the chuunin wishes to 'go with the flow' and live in the moment. She is a quick talker and a quick mover, which adds to her boyishness and leaves an opening for stating the regrettable. However, Eilonwy is quite shameless, and it takes much for her to feel any prickle of embarrassment. There are more features that add to her boyishness, including her stubborn-ness and obvious lack of politeness. When speaking, Eilonwy is apt to complain or shout and make lively hand gestures. Eilonwy can also be a bit sarcastic at times, but she hardly ever means what she says.

HISTORY
No sob story or tragedies here. Her father had been a clever man with much up his sleeves, her mother was a practical serene. Her parents are still living and healthy, Eilonwy in fact still lives with them, but they're irrelevant in her day-to-day adventurer activities.
Eilonwy's parents had been born into the organization, as her grandparents' had been the ones to originally join. They had been former Konohagakure ninja who guarded a hidden scrollery, yet they felt as though they were severely underpaid to do such a demanding and dangerous task. Because of this, they had felt the hell-bent longing to steal away with a certain priceless scroll, which was said to carry a grand number of dangerous techniques. The pair quickly disappeared with the scroll one quiet night, and eventually landed themselves in Tantalus.
Eilonwy was raised just fine. Maybe her parents weren't always around, often out on pilfering missions, but the girl grew up healthily. At least, as healthy as a person can be when they're raised within a circle of bandits. The circle of bandits were the only friends that Eilonwy ever had - together they'd swipe away at valuable items and getting into petty trouble for fun. Eilonwy understands that stealing is morally 'wrong', but she feels obligated to take items away from silly, oblivious people. If they really cared for their belongings, they'd keep a better eye on them. It's all just fun and games. While carrying the 'adventures' within the spacious houses of the disgustingly wealthy, the chuunin had learned to use sensory skills to be sharply aware of the movements of unsuspecting inhabitants. With her sensory techniques steadily improving with every little assignment, Eilonwy lives her criminal life happily, following the rythmn and flow of an unscheduled life and having no set direction in her future. Well, maybe there's one dream in her little life - grand larceny! Preferably in some far-off country where even the commoners carry golden pocket watches, where she would be pilfering through some huge stone castle, guarded by sword-wielding samurai and fire-breathing dragons and lazer-shooting alligators, all owned by some famous royal family who donned thick golden rings on every finger.
